The scanner in HP LaserJet 3390 All-in-one driver is not working. What is the problem ?

After installing the Software the printer is working but the scanner is not working. Please look into the matter ?The scanner in HP LaserJet 3390 All-in-one driver is not working. What is the problem ?
Re-install the scanner software in this manner.





Remove the USB cable from the scanner and then, power on the scanner without the cable.





Re-install the software and re-connect the USB back ONLY when the software asks you, not before. Let it finish installation.





Reboot the computer and windows will find the scanner.





OPen the scanning software for the HP and go in the FILE menu. Select SCAN and the software will power on the unit. Put a pic or whatever face down on the glass and select SCAN from the menu.





That's it.The scanner in HP LaserJet 3390 All-in-one driver is not working. What is the problem ?
There is no software problem....

CALL LOGIN TO HP
