I cannot get the scanner to work. The software wont install because it says you need Windows 2000 or XP. The printer works, but not the scanner. Is there anything I can do to get this to work? You need to get the latest Vista drivers.
Go here and download the driver for your system and install them - http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/Tec鈥?/a>
That will fix your problem.
