How to reset paper size in hp Printer color laserjet 4700 series?

After paper jam, printer shows 'unsize paper is detected in tray 2.... '; but the size in the said tray is correct and using menu reset the size too. But the msg is still continue. Without cancelling print command or putting off printer, can bring the printer in 'ready' mode to print? Step by Step instruction plz or any useful website. Remove the printer driver completely


Restart your printer %26amp; computer


Install the Printer driver again.How to reset paper size in hp Printer color laserjet 4700 series?
To reset paper size U have to go to ADD PRINTER %26amp; FAXES menu -%26gt; click on it -%26gt; Select Default Printer - %26gt; Right click on the open screen -%26gt; select server properties -%26gt; set paper size .


U can select from give list or add new size also.
Try re-installing your drivers but first try clicking start%26gt;control panel%26gt;printers%26gt;right click on the hp 4700%26gt;click the Advanced tab. Then click printing defaults and you should be able to re-set it to your desired paper size etc...
