HP LaserJet 4350 says that top bin is full after taking it apart and putting it back together?

I just had to completely take apart a LaserJet 4350 to replace the Swing Plate Assembly and now that I have it back together it says that the standard top bin is full. =( everything is plugged up, what could I be missing?HP LaserJet 4350 says that top bin is full after taking it apart and putting it back together?
The problem is related to the face-down output assy at the top of the printer. As the paper comes out into the top tray area there is a swinging flap piece that has a flag at the end of the arm on the right side (as you are looking from the front) of the printer that works with an optical sensor that is blocked when the output bin is full. Chances are the arm assy has popped out of position and is not swinging freely/properly and the flag is in front of the sensor. You'll have to take the top cover back off in order to fix it. It may also be possible that a cable connection for that sensor came unplugged somewhere that you will have to track down.

Quite the job to replace that swing plate gear assy isn't it? I've got it down to about 30 minutes now without rushing it after doing a couple of them or so a week over the last year.

Best of luck.HP LaserJet 4350 says that top bin is full after taking it apart and putting it back together?
