googled a bunch of things and telnet comes up repeatedly and is failing. WHAT DO I DO!Is it possible to change the name/ID of your HP Laserjet 4050 printer?
Assuming you are running windows, go to control panel -%26gt; printers and faxes, find the printer you need, right click, select 'rename'.
That will change the name as it shows up in printing applications. Is that what you are looking for?
