I have toner available and would like to be able to refill rather than replace the toner and drum assembly in the printer.How do you refill a HP Laserjet 4L with toner please?
You make a hole.
Pour in the toner, with a small funnel.
Block the hole, with tape or rubber bung.
That's it.

Toner molecules are all shaped differently. Don't do it! Pay the $50 for the remanufactured cartridge and don't wreck your printer
Hi, With great care as it is horrible to get off. plenty of newspaper and surgical gloves, try not to rush the job it can get messy.
