It is possible that one or more of your toner cartridges may be causing a problem, but more than likely the ETB (Electrostatic Transfer Belt) is worn out or contaminated and needs to be replaced. You can try cleaning it with a soft cloth by opening the front access door/cover (it will be that large black plastic looking type sheet that pulls down with the door) and manually wipe it down, usually you can carefully rotate it by hand to get to the entire surface. Cleaning it will usually work for a short time, but if it needs replacing the problem will return. It is also possible that the fuser assy may be causing issues too, hard to tell without actually seeing it.
I'd recommend replacing the ETB unit as this is the most likely culprit.
