I have a hp laserjet 2500L, downloaded the drivers but its not recognising the printer so it doesnt work help?

Definitely get the latest drivers at hp.com.





I assume you're connecting via USB? If so, make sure the USB port is working properly on the pc by connecting another device to it, like a mouse or a flash drive.


You could also try one of the other HP laserjet drivers for a similar model, just to see if there is some kind of compatibility issue with that particular driver.

If you downloaded the drivers from a CD it could be missing files, You can go to the HP web site and download them from their, also look for a driver update for your printer too, hope this helps and good luck.
