How to change 600 dpi printing into 300 dpi in HP laserjet 1018 printer?

Laser printers have a standard DPI, you can switch to an econo mode which will drop the quality however you will still be printing at 600 DPI, just using less toner.

    My printer is hp laserjet 1018. in this printer printed into 600 & 1200 DPI Print. I wont do 300 DPI Tint. So that how to convert it into 300 DPI Tint
