When printing test page from other computer attached to network, it is OK. But when print from MS Word / Excel, the printer don't work.How to enable Network printer sharing for HP Laserjet 1020?
If you have a LJ1020 then you probably have it connected to another machine on the network and shared it through that machine. If you're able to print a test page from the same machine you're using Word/Excel, make sure you added the printer to your printers and faxes and you set it as the default printer (double check it when printing from Word/Excel). Also make sure the computer it's connected to is turned on.
If you have it set through a print server, make sure it's compatible with the printer and that it's set up correctly.How to enable Network printer sharing for HP Laserjet 1020?
